Sanwick Remodeling Contractors remodeled the entirety of this 1957 raised ranch home to create a more functional and beautiful environment. The project included removing walls, doubling the size of the kitchen and creating an open floor plan to the living room and new dining area. A see-through fireplace was installed, which serves as a dramatic focal point between the living room and dining area. The most lived-in areas of the home now feel more spacious and allow for a much better traffic flow. The stunning new kitchen now has expansive custom cabinets with hidden outlets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Down the hall, more walls and closets were moved to facilitate a redesign of the main and master bathrooms, which adds more space to the master bath and includes an oversized walk-in shower in that retreat. The renovation continued in the basement, which consists of a rec room, bathroom, bedroom and new music room. The makeover of this lower level produced a warm and inviting atmosphere where the homeowners can relax and unwind. Other specific features of the project include a transforming the existing entry and laundry room; heated tile bathroom floors; all new Pella windows; and new lighting throughout.

Finally, the exterior of the home was repainted, and a new driveway, patio, sidewalk and stoop were installed. This remodel illustrates how to remarkably and effectively transform an older home to maximize the space.Type your paragraph here.
