Sanwick Remodeling Contractors completely renovated this homeowner’s dated kitchen and bath/laundry room into a beautiful, warm and inviting new space.  The wonderful transformation was achieved by first raising the 8’ flat ceiling in the kitchen to a cathedral ceiling, creating a much more open feeling.

Custom designed maple cabinets with a unique hand-glazed finish, along with impressive granite countertops and a subway tile backsplash with hidden outlets prominently display the creativity, style and function of this project.  Other features of the kitchen include all new appliances and two new Pella windows, along with a new eating peninsula and pantry cabinet, which demonstrate the efficient use of space.

In the bath/laundry room, a new vanity cabinet with sleek Silestone top and eye-catching raised vessel sink were installed, along with a unique new pocket door with frosted and rain glass insert.

Other features of the project include attractive new tile floors throughout, all new lighting, and a new rear entry door.
