Sanwick Remodeling Contractors added a two-story addition onto the rear of this home.

The main level includes a complete kitchen renovation with a 240 sq. ft. addition. The kitchen's redesign called for an expansive island with a rounded wall, rounded Zodiac upper bar with rounded soffit above. All of this, along with the striking wall of Pella windows and the cathedral ceiling, helped to create the dramatic effect that the homeowner was striving to achieve. The large island also houses an under mount sink and dishwasher.

The basement also went through a dramatic change. The additional space allowed for a larger game room, a new bar area and more seating, resulting in a great place for entertaining!

This beautiful home also has complete two level surround sound, front door intercom and state-of-the-art electronics.
